All trip participants must adhere to travel and vaccination policies for the destination including any government regulations or those of any providers such as, transportation vendors, lodging, ski areas, etc. Trip leaders/directors will provide guidance on any requirements.
All trip participants must have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining past the closing date of the trip.
All trip participants must be a current member of an OVSC club at the time the trip departs.
Due to many variables associated with travel, this itinerary is subject to change at any time without notice. In the event of an itinerary change, our tour operator will adjust air and other travel arrangements that they booked. We cannot be responsible for self booked travel arrangements.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations incur a $100 fee plus any expenses that are non-refundable from our suppliers and vendors. Cancellations must be received by the Trip Leader via email with adequate time to submit the cancellation to the vendor by the cancellation dates. It should be at least 24 hours prior to the next business day.

CHECKS: should be made out to OVSC. Please do not send cash.
CREDIT CARDS: The following credit cards will be accepted for any payment: Visa, and Master/Card and American Express. The surcharge for using a credit card is as follows: American Express = 4%. Visa and Master Card: 3.5%. Download the form (above) and mail or email to the Trip Leader. The payment will be processed through our tour operator and will appear on your credit card statement as Holidaze Ski Tours.

Many ski club travelers like to take advantage of the double price but do not have a roommate lined up. Upon your request, we will match you with another same gender single on the trip, if one is available.
