All trip participants must adhere to travel and vaccination policies for the destination including any government regulations or those of any providers such as, transportation vendors, lodging, ski areas, etc. Trip leaders/directors will provide guidance on any requirements.
All trip participants must have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining past the closing date of the trip.
All trip participants must be a current member of an OVSC club at the time the trip departs.
Due to many variables associated with travel, this itinerary is subject to change at any time without notice. In the event of an itinerary change, our tour operator will adjust air and other travel arrangements that they booked. We cannot be responsible for self booked travel arrangements.
Cancellations incur a $50 fee plus any expenses that are non-refundable from our suppliers and vendors.
Registration cancellations will be accepted
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made outside of 90 days before departure (March 24, 2026) will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 89 days - 60 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the selling price.
Cancellations made 59 days - 30 days prior to departure will incur a cancellation fee of 65% of the selling price.
Cancellations made 29 days - day of departure will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the selling price.
The Travel Protection Plan is a non-refundable purchase.
The deadline to pay in full with a checking account to be eligible for the 10% Good Buy Discount would be:
March 22, 2025 (for those taking the base tour)
March 19, 2025 (for those taking the pre-trip extension)
